SKIN CARE HOME REMEDIES
Home Made Lemon Exfoliator; take one lemon, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice. Use the lemon halves to rub on places where you have thick skin like your elbow, knees and bottom of your heels. Mix the lemon juice with half cups of granulated sugar. Use the mixture and rub it all over your body while in a tub. Once rubbed all over your body, be careful when rubbing on the face, avoid the eye area and rinse off with lukewarm water.
Home Made Facial Cleanser; add one cup of oats to a blender, process it for a few seconds to soften the flakes, soak oats in lukewarm water, add cucumber juice and yoghurt and apply on the skin. Rinse with lukewarm water.
For people with dry skin, cream cleansers are best for you. Adding oatmeal and honey works very well for dry skin.
Home Made Moisturizer; take a ripe avocado and slice in two, remove the pit and discard. Put in a bowl. Add some lemon juice and egg white and mix together. Put on your skin and leave for 15 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water.
Home Made Toner; pour ¾ cup strong green tea and ¼ cup apple cider vinegar and mix. Use a cotton ball to apply on the skin.
All these homemade products can be used on all skin types. If you stick to these natural skincare regimen, you will see a lot of positive changes to your overall skin tone.
