7 Signs He is Not Ready To Commit

A lot of ladies out of love miss some very vital signs a guy gives off that tells them the relationship won’t go far. Examples of these signs are the signs he is not ready to commit.

Stephanie was confused as to where her relationship was going. She met her current boyfriend about five years back, they were friends for about six months and decided to take the relationship to another level. They started dating and things went on very well. Trouble started when she tried to talk about marriage plans with her boyfriend. Sadly the story of Stephanie has become very common amongst us today. A lot of us are in relationships that span a lot of years but don’t know the direction to which it is going. Women need to be smart and use their heads. Love is never enough to sustain a relationship. Most of the times we get so emotionally attached and cannot seem to think straight for us to know the relationship standing.

1. When he does not care about your goals and plans

A guy who is willing and ready to commit will be concerned about your goals and plans and will want to be a part of it in any way he can.

2. He is indecisive

An indecisive man will find it extremely difficult to be committed in a relationship. As marriage being one of the biggest decisions anyone can make in his or her lifetime, if he cannot decide on little things, then deciding to get married will be a huge challenge.

3. He avoids knowing your friends or family

If he always makes excuses when you invite him to meet your friends or family, so it means that it isn’t important to meet your family.

4. He doesn’t talk about his future plans with you

If you guys have conversations and he doesn’t include his future plans, then he is a time waster. Even if he talks about his plans, if you do not happen to fall in the picture, then move on and don’t waste your time any further.

5. If he hasn’t introduced you to any member of his family

I suppose this point is quite obvious. If you have never met any of his family and when you ask he always has the perfect excuse. It doesn’t matter if his family members don’t live in the same location as both of you. The internet has made communication very easy.

6. He keeps in contact with his ex regularly

I have heard a lot of women complain about how their partners keep in touch with their exes on a regular basis. You don’t need anyone to tell you that he isn’t ready to commit with this behaviour.

7. He is selfish

A guy who is selfish isn’t ready to commit because a relationship is about giving and not always being at the receiving end. I am not just talking about money related selfishness.

Whenever you spot these signs, you know the relationship will likely not head anywhere so you can save yourself emotional trauma and move on to better things because the signs he is not ready to commit are always there but most times missed.
